December is a time for reflection on the past year, contemplation of the year ahead, and strategic planning. For Eurapco, it signifies the conclusion of a successful one-year pilot phase, with UNIQA becoming a member of the Eurapco Alliance starting from the 1st of January 2024.

Together the eight Eurapco partners will insure more than 48 million Europeans, employ more than 60,000 people, and generate annual gross premiums of more than 48,5 billion euros. Furthermore, the Alliance will be active in 35 countries, and it will serve more than 48 million customers.

UNIQA and Eurapco – a successful partnership with a common mission
UNIQA and the Eurapco Alliance are pursuing the goal of exchanging expertise within the insurance industry at the European level in order to jointly find solutions to the challenges of global change. Over the past twelve months, 60 UNIQA colleagues were involved in around 50 expert groups on topics such as customer centricity, data & analytics, digitalisation, and ESG (environmental, social, governance) with a trial membership. They felt the Eurapco spirit and realised that joining forces and exchanging knowledge and best practices together is the best way of solving big issues in the industry.
