The Insurance Management Simulation (IMS) is an immersive learning experience that brings the dynamics of an insurance company to life through a hands-on business simulation. Participants step into leadership roles and make strategic decisions across underwriting, reinsurance, investments, capital management, and profitability. The programme offers insurers a unique opportunity to understand the interdependencies of the business and the impact of strategic choices in a safe, realistic environment, strengthening their ability to think and act like executive decision-makers.

 

The programme is designed for participants across all functionalities in an insurance company, especially underwriting, claims management, actuarial, finance, asset management, business and product development.

 

You will be competing with your Eurapco colleagues to become the best performing insurance company after 3 days competition: Knives Out!
