The Data Excellence Workstream conducted an online workshop to discuss the results of the Pan-Eurapco Data Maturity Assessment as part of the group’s objective to find the correct framework for the Eurapco Partners to improve their access to data.
Top Data Specialists from Achmea, Cóvea, Gothaer, La Mo-bilière and LocalTapiola deep-dived into data-driven value creation, target operating models, time-to-market of analytics and misalignment of relevant internal functions regarding the use of data. In parallel, they investigated a promising MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to quickly test the concept of a data catalogue developed by La Mo-bilière. They also discussed how to adapt the scaling ideas proposed by Achmea to the other Partners.
Jerome Koller, Chair of the Data Excellence Workstream from La Mobilière commented: “Collecting more and more data is already a reality for the Eurapco Partners and there is an increasing pressure to make all these data transparent. Therefore, an automated data catalogue will become a must in the futureâ€.
At the end of the workshop, the group defined the next steps of the project. The outcomes will be presented to the ICT Board of Directors by the end of June and to the Eurapco Board in Q4 2020. The next workshop will be held on 21 and 22 October in Paris.
