Frauke Feess Appointed General Manager of Eurapco

Frauke Feess has been appointed as the General Manager of Eurapco, starting on the 1st of January 2024.

With over 20 years of relevant experience in the insurance market, a distinguished international career, and extensive experience in shaping transformation and enterprise change processes, Frauke Feess joins the Alliance with a primary focus on strengthening and expanding its impact. She aims to make a noticeable difference for the Partner’s 48 million customers by actively supporting strategic initiatives through innovation and digital transformation.

Frauke Feess holds a double master’s degree in business administration from the University of Paris Dauphine and the University Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe in Frankfurt am Main.
After graduating in 1999, she initiated her career as an associate consultant at a management consultancy in Bad Homburg. Following a period as a management consultant at Accelerate Consulting & Management GmbH in Münster, she joined AMB Generali Holding in Aachen in 2001. There she served as a consultant for corporate development, focusing on strategic group projects and overseeing numerous mergers and integrations.

In 2003, she assumed the role of Head of Strategic Marketing and Brand Responsibility for the Generali Group Germany. Five years later, she was appointed Head of Insurance at Investors Marketing Management Consultants AG in Frankfurt. In 2009 she founded her own business group, the FFEESS Consulting Group, where she advised companies in the insurance industry on marketing, corporate development, customer orientation, and innovation.

Her journey continued with Gothaer in 2020, where she was responsible for the growth strategy in the private customer market as well as the realignment in the broker market. By 2022 she had been appointed Head of Sales and Market Innovation, actively driving the strategic development of sales, and supporting various strategy projects in Gothaer’s sales department, along with leading innovation management
