The International Talent Programme is a 7-month blended learning journey designed for early-career high potentials from Eurapco Partner companies. It brings together ambitious young professionals to build cross-company networks, broaden professional horizons, and gain fresh international perspectives.
The programme will kick-off on the 3rd of November in Switzerland getting to know Eurapco. We will deep-dive in the dynamics of the insurance industry in collaboration with Swiss Re. We will visit la Mobilière to gain insights on AI and Digital Transformation. Two further Eurapco partner’s visit will be planned. The visits will be alternated by four online modules.
The programme will finalize in May 2027.

Participant Profile
Who is this programme for?
Early-career high potentials aged 25–35 with 2–4 years of relevant work experience, strong English proficiency, and a demonstrated interest in cross-cultural or international collaboration. Participants should have an ambitious growth mindset and the drive to contribute to their organisation’s success.

Insurance Fundamentals & Industry Dynamics
Develop a broad understanding of different insurance functions and industry dynamics. To do so, we will visit Swiss Re to fundamentally understand the dynamics of how an insurance company operates, its role in the marketplace, and the way of working of Eurapco and the value for its partners.
